People exposed to the environment that constantly accepts stimuli through various media and SNS lack time to focus on themselves. Meditation is a mind training that withdraws from passive perception and focuses on one's inner self. However, it can be difficult for beginners of meditation to meditate alone. Therefore, these meditation beginners need feedback on their own meditation.This product uses the user's heart rate data to provide feedback on meditation. When the heart rate slows down and changes regularly by focusing on meditation, the speaker also produces vibration accordingly. The stone on the speaker shakes according to vibration and creates regular movements and sounds to quietly deliver feedback to the user with sound and movement.
