The measure includes optimization of the floor plan structure, refurbishment of all science rooms, renovation of the roof surfaces in accordance with the preservation order, renewal of all technical systems and upgrading of the fire protection system. In addition, barrier-free accessibility and the realization of a new, contemporary interior concept are to be achieved.
