PEAK "3D Sphere" is an innovative, fully 3D printed lifestyle sneaker that is 100% recyclable. It is an international collaboration between PEAK Sports USA Design Center and PEAK 3D Innovation Lab in Beijing. With the brand's best technology and resource, we aimed to redefine the footwear lifecycle and revolutionize the manufacturing processes. Every year, over 20 billion pairs of shoes are produced globally. And 95% of them end up in incineration or landfills, which creates enormous waste and poses significant threats to the environment. After completing its lifecycle, our "3D Sphere" can be fully recycled and remanufactured into new shoes or other products, creating as little waste as possible for our planet. There are no two feet alike in this world. And we believe our users' comfort should not be limited by standardized sizing, shoe lasts, and other traditional manufacturing methods. Utilizing PEAK's latest 3D printing technology, every shoe is generated based on the user's 3D foot scan, providing the best fit possible. With "3D Sphere", we are not only delivering an aesthetically progressive footwear product but also a sustainable closed-loop experience for our eco-minded users from data collection to customization, 3D printing, and recycling.
