Everyone dreams. Throughout history, researchers and laypeople have been studying dreams. Scientists and psychologists believe that dreams can consolidate memories and allow us to sort out our emotions. To some extent, people actively seek to explain and correct the essence of dreams. Some new studies have shown that some dreams can reflect brain health and mental health to a certain extent. The purpose of this project is to help people research and record their dreams, which can deepen their understanding of dreams. It can also help people understand the complex emotions in daily life and can promote self-cognition. Moreover, it also provides research on the proposed connection between dreams and emotions.
