The project “One Central Residences” is located in a grade A section of Macao that faces local landmark buildings and overlooks a magnificent view of the Macao Tower and two lakes. It is such a perfect retreat from the metropolis. The property is based on a modern design that integrates old school elements, and is an interpretation of the bustling city of the modern times in contrast with the serene finish village of times gone by; it is, therefore, endowed with the new definition of a ‘new-old school’ property. The design utilizes an expansive ‘white’ space which allows for a view that is removed from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers a sense of tranquillity. From the external appearance to the internal materials, a different texture is created that expresses the sentiment of ‘white’. At the same time, a modern smart home is concealed within the design. Furthermore, the furniture design features metallic enamel painted components across the entire house that are customized with simple neat geometric patterns combined with soft light geometric curves. The gentleness of ‘white’ emphasizes the fiery and vivacious character of modern times, reminiscent of the shining and resolute conviction of the homeowner.
