Food delivery using motorbikes has been on the rise since the COVID-19 outbreak. However, the shortage of motorcycle delivery drivers is adding to the workload and increasing the number of accidents. There is a movement to solve these problems with delivery robots. But it takes a long time for a delivery robot to move from a restaurant to a customer's home. This is because the speed of the delivery robot is slow and the surfaces of many roads are uneven. In Pladeli, a delivery robot travels at high speed from the restaurant where the food order is taken to the road and parking lot near the customer's house by using a mothership at high speed and then gets off. The delivery robot then moves narrow passages or inside buildings that cannot be accessed by car to deliver food. The mothership can carry three delivery robots. Instead of wheels, caterpillars are adopted in the design. Caterpillars are slower but stable and able to overcome uneven terrain. The door opens not only on the top but also on the front, making it easier to take out or put food from the robot. Ordering food, paying, and opening and closing the door can be done with a dedicated app.
