NewRun is a new form of office system based on autonomous mobility that requires the needs of remote workers for face-to-face communication and collaboration, and gives solution for communication constraints of existing remote working spaces. Workers will use allocated mobility to them, as a private and personal work spaces. Users are free to work in the remote working spaces, near their residence. Autonomous mobilities, designed as users' own working spaces, can create a complete structure remote working spaces, by combining mobility into a structure of their office near where they live. Whenever and wherever collaboration is needed, each users' mobility moves to coworking spots. While moving to remote workspaces or coworking spots, users are free to take advantage of their time, such as managing their individual or collaborative projects or taking a break time. Mobility structure of Newrun is more powerful in the case of coworking situation. This system engages the flexibility and scalability to create "a third collaborative structure" by simply gathering with their mobilities together in designated places when collaboration is needed.
