Because of the spread of COVID-19, smart digital devices and advanced technologies have enabled “untact” service, facilitating customer encounters without a face-to-face contact with employees. From ordering a hamburger or a cup of coffee to ticketing a movie to watch, interactive kiosks are now a new normal for us. Though it is popular for better experiences with the feeling of safety, it is not the case for all of us. Struggles were noticed among people of disability and children, who cannot reach to the top of the screens. The existence of kiosks became a new barrier for them. The idea is that the screen of the kiosk adjusts its height to the user whoever is using it. When the sensor responds to the user, the screen slides up and down to adjust the right height. The kiosk is designed to be easily approached by the people with the wheels. The Wheelchair fits to its structure for the right distance to the screen for easy use.
