'Ground' is a subway express service platform for seniors that connects the elderly who want to work but cannot work because of their old age and consumers who want same-day delivery. Faced with an aging society and economic recession, old people in many big cities find themselves unable to work simply because they are old at work. According to interviews and surveys, elderly people want to work because they don't want to stay home all day. They want to make a rewarding day by saving money for living and taking care of their health by exercising. By the way, people these days want same-day delivery, even for trivial reasons. For example, it is very cumbersome for busy people to leave urgent documents at home or to return borrowed clothes. Therefore, I thought what if the elderly could provide delivery services to busy people by using the subway as a means of transportation. Through the elderly-centered user-experience design, if the service recommends orders reflecting various physical conditions to deliverymen and helps older deliverymen perform their duties easily, seniors can now go out of the house looking for their jobs through the platform.

"Overall solution addresses a social challenge and a market challenge. Good job!"

"Why only Seniors? Why not other age-groups?"
