COVID-19 has accelerated the digital transformation of society as a whole. In particular, as the demand for non-face-to-face services increases, most Koreans are experiencing non-face-to-face services such as unmanned orders (72.1%). The reservation method at the bus terminal also changed from a face-to-face method through a window to a non-face-to-face method through a kiosk. However, in the process of converting to such a kiosk, it was found that there were "elderly," an age group that felt difficult to use and was alienated. The inconvenience experienced by the elderly when using the kiosk was complicated stage, the sense of the person behind them was visible, and the picture/writing was difficult to see, and the observation survey showed that the use of the kiosk itself was feared. We looked at ways to improve the discomfort experienced by elderly users who had to make inevitable choices in a given environment, and aimed to create a universal kiosk UX experience with no resistance around the problems. We investigated the use of the kiosk of the actual high-speed terminal, which was changed to 100% kiosk reservation, and conducted the project based on manipulation and physical condition research.
