The Proteus System is a 3-axis free-standing strength training machine that provides resistance through a full range of motion. Proteus Motion invented an entirely new type of resistance called 3D RESISTANCE™. The patented 3D Resistance™ unlocks a new frontier in human performance data and software content, while delivering a totally new workout experience. 3D Resistance adapts to directly counter any movement so the resistance stays constant through the entire movement. Constant resistance means that both strength and power can be measured in 3D for the first time ever. Creating equal amount of resistance in all directions, creates the sensation of moving through water. This low-impact exercise benefits users ranging from post-op rehab to peak performance athletes. Training on Proteus is 2x as effective as cables and free weights.
