Modern people spend a lot of time sitting everyday. Compared to the standing position, sitting down on the chair causes twice the pressure on the lower back, which is a major cause of lumbar disk disease(herniated disks). During COVID-19, as the time spent at home increased, sitting for a long time has become a routine. To avoid sitting on a chair for an extended period of time with a sloppy posture, a change in your sitting posture periodically is needed. Bada is a chair that allows its users to sit by changing their posture regularly through discomfort. Obviously, it is uncomfortable when the users’ sitting positions are changed involuntarily. However, on the other hand, this designed discomfort can keep them healthy and maintain the correct posture.
