Pool of light is a lighting that acts as a direct light and an indirect light through simple up and down movements. Modern society is full of new experiences as various technologies develop. But In the midst of this, I started with the question, "Is this technology enriching our closest daily lives?" and this made me think about my product. Pool of light aim to enrich daily life by allowing people who usually control light indifferently to control light directly in a simple physical way, not digital. I designed it by studying simple shapes, methods of use, and structures to blend in with the room. Through simple up-and-down movements, the properties of light from the lighting can be changed. As a result, the act of turning off and turning on the light, which was normally taken for granted, can be recognized. This step can enrich the user's senses.
