As more people eat too many carbohydrates, they are suffering from health problems, with obesity rates rising worldwide. As a realistic and friendly solution to this problem, this design would like to propose a diet management bowl that has an optical illusion effect. In Korea, there is a "Go-bong Rice Culture," a culture that stacks rice high on a bowl, which stems from giving respect and satisfaction to eating people. However, modern people eat a lot of snacks other than meals, so if people continue the Go-bongRice culture, they will eat too many carbohydrates. Therefore, while protecting this culture, it aims to reduce the actual amount of rice that is put inside by giving an optical illusion of raising the bottom of the bowl like a high hill, which means a high peak(in Korean, Go-bong). In addition, using 'brass', a traditional Korean bowl material that has the sterilization effect and health promotion effect, and the black color that suppresses appetite was applied to the inside and outside of the bowl as a point color. Both the shape and material of the bowl are designed to improve people's health worldwide and have sustainability.
