YO-BALL is a fun and engaging toy set designed to help children practice diaphragmatic breathing, which can improve acute asthma attacks. The set includes two toys that are used in a clapping game to promote diaphragmatic breathing. The eco-friendly packaging game, internal mechanical metronome, and task cards with varying levels of difficulty are also included. The task cards come in three colors, with orange being the easiest, followed by blue, and yellow being the most challenging. All of the tasks are designed to be performed while practicing diaphragmatic breathing, which is essential in improving respiratory health and asthma control.
