The current place information services fail to reflect changing information demands associated with reliable information due to junk information,diverse and specific preferences, constantly changing information. Through interviews, I gained insight into the fact that when people located at the place uploads or provides answers to the information I am curious about, that is to say through serendipitous connections, I can obtain accurate information that precisely meets my needs. Based on these insights, I created a service 'Live'. ‘Live’ is a real-time location-based place information question and answer service that solve the aforementioned issues. ‘Live’ facilitates serendipitous connections between explorers and reviewers, enabling natural searching of desired place information. Live ask: I can set a specific location and ask questions about that place. If I want real-time information, I can set a timeframe to encourage answers within that time period. Live answer: When a question is posted near my current location, I receive a notification and can quickly check and provide an answer. Live Reward: If you provide valuable information, it can be selected and rewarded by the explorer.
