As AI technology improves, conversational agents are becoming more prevalent in our daily lives, such as on mobile devices, smart speakers, and in mobility. However, when these agents make mistakes necessarily, users often don't receive helpful feedback on how to fix the issue. This can lead to frustration and even cause people to stop using the agent altogether. This is especially difficult for vulnerable groups such as children and seniors. ZERO proposes a new strategy for conversational agents that provides sustainable and helpful conversation experiences. It offers clear explanations and solutions for errors. ZERO provides active feedback for error situations, optimizes users’ words by understanding the context of conversations, and allows for easy keyword modification to help users deal with error situations effectively. It also considers the user's characteristics and flexibly changes visual elements and conversation styles to accommodate seniors, children, people with disabilities, and other specific user groups. The goal of ZERO is to provide users with a communicative conversation experience, instead of a one-way conversation that is burdensome. In this way, ZERO aims to coexist with agents in a world where they live together.
