COREVITA is located in Pangyo, South Korea, a major IT hub with convenient public transport, abundant green and commercial infrastructure. Housed in a 16-story building, COREVITA offers a coworking space tailored for IT professionals. The first three floors are open to visitors, while the upper levels provide private access for residents. Core spaces include coworking areas, a shared kitchen, spa, rooftop, fitness center, residential units, and parking. Each space features COREVITA’s service robot, Cobot, which supports users by automating everyday tasks. Cobot is designed with soft curves and COREVITA’s signature color palette, embodying the brand’s identity as a smart wellness platform. It operates on a dedicated path that avoids human traffic and is connected to the COREVITA mobile app, allowing users to manage bookings and access services seamlessly.
