Santa’s Wish Store is an experiential pop-up campaign created to transform Korea Post’s traditional banking image into something warm, modern, and emotionally resonant. Located in Seongsu, one of Seoul’s trendiest neighborhoods, the store invited young visitors into a Christmas-themed world where finance became an unexpected part of holiday magic. Participants received a savings account and virtual “Santa Money,” which they used to explore three interactive zones themed around Korea Post’s debit cards. Missions were designed to introduce product benefits in a fun, gamified way—culminating in a wish-writing ritual at Santa’s Tree. Through storytelling, tactile design, and digital integration, visitors experienced savings not as a transaction, but as something meaningful, joyful, and worth sharing. The campaign saw strong offline attendance and viral social sharing, shifting brand perceptions among a demographic previously disengaged from Korea Post’s services. It demonstrated how even conservative institutions can connect with young consumers through spatial design and emotional creativity.
