As the online marketplace expands, consumer reviews have become a key source for evaluating products and sellers. However, as their influence grows, some companies manipulate ratings, and generative AI has increased fake reviews that bypass detection systems, threatening the reliability of the review ecosystem. To address this, our study analyzed the review management systems of 14 major platforms and relevant academic literature, identifying core issues through interviews with seven e-commerce users and four experts. TrustView clearly visualizes the criteria and rationale behind each review selection, helping users browse reviews sorted by trust scores and compare their credibility through rating and trust graphs. It goes beyond simple review filtering by actively supporting users in making trust-based judgments and improving the overall review reading experience. TrustView also serves as a new design standard for review platforms, offering a practical solution that protects consumers and addresses the spread of fake and induce review.
