Arc is a new aerobic exercise tool designed to minimize physical burden for individuals experiencing motor impairment aftereffects. Due to imbalances in sensory perception, they often struggle with conventional aerobic activities such as walking or running. This lack of aerobic exercise can lead to deteriorated cardiopulmonary function, muscle weakness, reduced lung capacity, and increased risk of complications. In addition, limited physical activity can intensify emotional isolation and psychological anxiety, ultimately lowering quality of life. Arc addresses these challenges by enabling low-impact aerobic exercise using a “dip belt” that avoids putting pressure on the legs. It helps improve cardiopulmonary endurance and overall physical capacity. A wearable nasal sensor tracks accurate breathing data, blood flow, body temperature, metabolic activity, and stress levels to provide personalized breathing guidance. Dip belt exercises also strengthen the diaphragm, which plays a critical role in aerobic performance and breathing efficiency. Ultimately, Arc aims to support users in restoring sensory balance and fostering self-motivated rehabilitation through gentle, body-conscious movement.
