Whirl is an innovative home energy generator that harnesses the power of both wind and solar energy. Its flexible mast captures wind, creating a swirling motion that drives the device. This kinetic energy is then converted into electricity through a magnetic induction system. As the mast oscillates, the coils at its base interact with powerful magnets, generating an electrical current. When sunlight is abundant, transparent solar panels on the mast deploy to capture solar energy and reduce indoor temperatures.
