The background color of this recipe book is a more natural hue which enhances the readability and visual appeal of the content. The layout allows the readers to tear off the ingredients list and processes, enabling them to cook without the inconvenience of keeping the book open. This book is designed to target the vegans and people who aim to lose weight and lower the risk of diabetes while also consuming delicious Italian foods. Many people also struggle with their eating habits due to the consumption of spicy foods. This recipe book highlights the comfort and health benefits of incorporating vegetables in place of meat, since Asians like me especially have a harder time digesting meat. The ingredients are displayed in large print for easy recognition, while the other half of the page shows the photo of the finished dish. The table of contents is clearly organized so that the audience can easily find the specific recipes they are cooking.
