Coming into a new country, immigrant women often face significant challenges when it comes to accessing healthcare services. Besides language barriers and cultural differences, they are also bothered by the unfamiliarity with local healthcare systems and difficulties understanding and navigating insurance policies. According to research, as a result of those challenges, many women would delay or forego necessary medical check-ups and treatments, which might lead to potential future health issues. With a dedication to empowering immigrant women, our product, “We,” provides enhanced access to healthcare services. Our built-in AI assistant offers real-time consultations and medical information translation based on their preferred language. Here, any questions related to healthcare will be answered instantly. Plus, we have a verified expert crew ready to provide in-person companionship during wellness check-ups. They will support our users and help them release stress during medical visits. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health insurance guidance to assist our users in understanding the policy and comparing coverage plans. To better equip our users with adequate knowledge of wellness and the healthcare system, we offer a broad community for them to share knowledge and find peers who share similar experiences.
