When Con is installed for emergency of road or in case of road construction, several Cons should be installed. And if people install manually, it is not uniform. So a vehicle gets to place Con and it is connected to a vehicle accident. But if we spread this product and blow it, the Con expands like a balloon. So workers don’t need to install it one by one and the accident danger can be reduced.
