The peacock button and zipper aid is one of four products by the brand Voya. Voya is a line of personal assistive devices for people with reduced mobility. While there are many products for people with physical disabilities, most are functional, but lacking in design and aesthetic. voya focuses on dressing aids that are travel-friendly, and offers products that enable the user to feel proud and independent. Peacock in particular is designed for people with limited finger dexterity who need help with buttoning their shirts, or with zipping and unzipping. Most of the existing button/zipper aids are not aesthetically pleasing, and many people therefore refuse using those kinds of products. Peacock is a travel-friendly device that is compact and easy to use. Because the fragile parts can be swiveled toward the inside when not in use, the ends are protected in itself. The black parts are made out of a rubberized material that makes holding the device even more secure and easier.
