The G-3300 Wood Stove reduces smoke and harmful gasses by up to 80%; reduces biomass fuel use by up to 60% and reduces cooking time by up to 50%. EnviroFlame Combustion System: we worked with the Oakridge National Research Laboratory to optimize a patent pending combustion chamber alloy that prevents deterioration of the chamber and gives it an exceptionally long life. Alloy survives in the high temperature caustic environment of a stove in which other metals fail or are too expensive to be practical for the market. This durability allows Envirofit to offer an extended warranty on the chamber – an industry first. We worked with Colorado State University’s Engines and Energy Conversion Lab and using advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), heat transfer modeling, and parametric testing (techniques not generally applied to this product sector) to develop patent pending chamber design features, geometry and materials to enable cleaner more efficient combustion.
