SSP emerged as the winner. The jury's reasoning focused on the composition of the selected structure, the arrangement of the office as a "crown" as well as the proposed colour and choice of material. The concept, which was completed at the end of 2018, envisaged the use of carbon-reinforced and grey-coloured concrete (Beto Shell). The special feature is that the thin perforated panels, which give light to the logistics areas on the 1st floor, are manufactured according to an individual case approval. MC Bauchemie's recipe, Hering's production of elements and Hölscher's installation of the entire facade all went hand in hand with SSP's architectural planning in an exemplary manner. The interiors have been designed as modern and future-oriented communication offices and the comfort of the rooms is achieved through the use of heating/cooling ceiling sails, mechanical ventilation and exhaust as well as ergonomic office furniture.
