Interact City is a connected LED lighting management software that helps cities improve services, enhance citizens' safety, beautify public spaces, and increase energy efficiency. This innovative and scalable digital platform helps cities become smarter and more connected than ever. As a SaaS application, Interact City ultimately pursues 'Cohesive user experience' comprising the comprehensive end-to-end user journey from initial project setup to asset maintenance. Interact City translates highly complex and technical design challenges into clear, coherent, and human-centered User Interface designs. The product currently connects over 2.5 million light points across 50+ countries on the globe, and the impact is continuously growing year after year. On the baseline, Interact City adopts a design language system created by Signify Design, to promote 'Interact' as a brand identity, keep consistent brand voice across all Interact branded products and ensure the fundamental usabilities, i.e., accessibility, legibility, and ergonomics. The UI of Interact City pursues conciseness. The asset visualization system allows users to understand the overall status of the city at a glance (the design/backend invention obtained intellectual property protection). By that, users can intuitively recognize the location of the installed assets, connection status, dimming schedules, and health status, etc.
