It is a product and service design that can help the alpha generation raise children and parents communicate. The concept is a "communication gift box that exchanges verbal acts as gifts," and the motifs are paper phones and conch shells. Peptalk Box has four functions. It is a function of language gift, counseling, conflict resolution, and compensation parenting. It establishes the direction and guidelines of parenting later. Through this product and service, it will be a medium to solve parenting problems that appear in the absence of communication and get to know each other.
