GLO Slim is a next generation tobacco heating product (THP) by BAT. GLO Slim provides adult tobacco smokers with scientifically sustained, potentially risk reduced products that offer a more enjoyable alternative to burning tobacco which also allows users to monitor their nicotine consumption. In order to establish a new, iconic product design identity, the GLO Slim utilises a thinner battery and a heating engine with an aluminium extruded body resulting in a novel, unique form factor. The design is compact and slim creating a more pocketable, portable device. The design features a slider to prevent dust and debris from damaging the internals, whilst further adding to the premium design aesthetic. Four colours with a soft surface finish: white, yellow, navy and grey were proposed to maximize the tactility and appeal within the global consumer market.
