Sharing personal mobility services with ‘electric scooters’ are causing various urban problems. It makes service-related stakeholders feel uncomfortable. It is still dangerous for users because helmets are not provided properly, and its ‘easy-to-fall formfactor’ disturbs pedestrians. Also, it is so inconvenient to stack that makes service inefficient. So, I suggest new smart mobility, Along. It has stable and familiar formfactor. Also, it has luggage space for helmet. It makes users more safe and comfortable. It has handlebar that can also be used as lifting bar.
