"Menstruation" is a natural phenomenon experienced by women that is often considered to be commonplace. However, facing the first period without proper preparation and prior knowledge can be quite overwhelming. Women in Asian cultures have not been properly educated about why menstruation occurs, the discomforts associated with it, and how to make it more manageable. The memories and experiences of the first period play a crucial role in shaping women's overall perception of menstruation for a long time to come. Therefore, it is important for women to receive an educational process that allows them to understand and embrace menstruation correctly and naturally before their first period. Therefore, we propose the application "Muture," which aims to break misconceptions and stereotypes related to menstruation and provide support and understanding among women experiencing menstruation. This app fosters open and positive conversations about menstruation and provides support and education to those experiencing their first period, thereby breaking the stigma surrounding menstruation and contributing to the creation of a more inclusive and accepting society.
