Swimming is often started at a young age as it contributes to children's development. However, simply following a predetermined curriculum or engaging in repetitive swimming routines easily diminishes children's interest and leads them to quit swimming. The dull scenery of tiled swimming pools also adds to the potential boredom. Splash AR is a product that allows children to enjoy swimming as a form of play by immersing them in an imagined world underwater through augmented reality (AR), an extraordinary experience that they haven't encountered before. When wearing Splash AR, it recognizes the map location of the swimming pool and initiates the system. Users can explore and interact with various new items within the swimming pool in Explorer mode, collect them, and arrange the collected items within the swimming pool to create their own personalized swimming pool in Scuba mode. This provides a fresh perspective on every swimming experience, offers ongoing motivation through item collection and the customization of their swimming pool. Furthermore, users can invite friends to the customized swimming pool map, swim together, engage in mini-games, and create cherished memories in that space. With these features, Splash transforms indoor swimming pools into enjoyable playgrounds for children.
