Abandoned paintings, wrongly printed documents, finished draft paper, etc., these papers are often thrown away at random, resulting in a large amount of waste of resources. However, the existing paper recycling process is complicated and costly, so we propose a new way to deal with it - turning waste paper into tape. Adhesive tape is a common daily necessity with many uses and high consumption. "Converter" can make the waste paper in daily life into a unique adhesive tape to meet the needs of daily activities such as wrapping, sticking hair, wrapping bouquets, and pasting memos."Converter" reduces the consumption of ordinary tape and increases the utilization of paper resources. Compared with the sense of untidiness caused by the traces of the use of traditional tape, this tape with familiar characters and patterns is like a decoration full of memories after use, which makes people feel friendly and fun. After the tape is used up, the remaining tape core can also be put back into the "Converter" to make a new adhesive tape.
