Through partings, failures, questioning, and denial, unexpected darkness gradually diminishes life's radiance. However, it's impermanent. Like a lunar eclipse, the encompassing shadows recede, paving the way for renewed light to emerge. Wander consists of aluminum and glass, with a matte black finish that evokes mystery and seclusion. The selected Solar Cool glass shows a harmonizing bronze hue that can add subtle richness to the table's appearance, a warm glow when nature's light hits it. The matte, black-coated aluminum represents dark moments, and the bronze glass represents hope. For table supports, the left and right sides are asymmetrically shaped, representing the conflict and contradiction between one's inner self and the external reality. The user can glimpse through the top glass as if their inner ego wanders between different states. The adjustable bronze glass allows people to set their preferred range by pulling out or sliding in, symbolizing the inner self struggling in the shadow of life and finally finding hope through perseverance. Wander tells an abstract emotional story: Allow the past self, whether good or bad, to die, embrace your present self, take whatever “wander” you have with you, start again, continue to go forward, and live in the moment.
