We live exposed to a lot of things that can be addictive. There are three main causes of addiction: biological, psychological, and social factors, and among them, We would like to suggest add( ) to add joy, happiness, and positive factors to life based on a healthy mind and body. Among numerous addictions, nicotine, SNS, drugs, and alcohol, add( ) focused on drugs, alcohol, and nicotine. Focusing on the behavioral characteristics of each of the three addiction, we suggested a replacement with similar behavior, making it easier to escape addiction. Cigarettes and bubbles of inhaling and exhaling, drugs and mudlers, solid perfume of crushing and inhaling, alcohol and gum, candy of drinking and pouring. These substitutes are connected to innocence so that you can enjoy fun, joy, and emotion, not just the existing replacement.
