As the number of children with developmental disorders increases every year, the new perspective of 'Neurodiversity' and inclusive education aims to create an environment that embraces the diversity of each student and supports their individual needs. However, there has been a discrepancy between reality and goals. Through user research targeting parents and special education teachers, the causes were identified. Pain points included a lack of support for individualized education tailored to each student and difficulties in communication and collaboration among various stakeholders. To address these issues, solutions were concretized by categorizing needs into three layers.
