Starting with the consideration of what robots should look like and how they should act to effectively integrate into domestic life, GRIP is a project that suggests a new direction for home robotics, which have previously focused mainly on labor or non-physical interactions. GRIP redefines robots as sources of power that can physically interact with users at home. As a smart fitness robot, GRIP stands out with its interactive physical engagement, differentiating itself from traditional task automation. It provides adaptable resistance with motion sensing, supports an extensive range of exercise postures with its versatile joints, and offers personalized guidance during workouts, after analyzing via AI camera. With its sleek design, GRIP transforms into a piece of modern decor when idle, minimizing space consumption. It envisions a future where home robots are interactive partners and also modern interior products that enhance not only our fitness but also our daily living spaces.
