If hwa-byung continues to be an emotional syndrome caused by resentment accumulated in the mind by failing to properly release unfair and angry emotions and stress, it is accompanied by physical symptoms such as breathing difficulties and body pain. Until now, traditional treatments of hwa-byung have mainly focused on relieving symptoms of hwa-byung, and have been neglected in managing stress, a key mechanism of hwa-byung. We found that people with higher internal and external control who admit stress are less vulnerable to hwa-byung. With this as the focus, Hwab wanted to create the beginning of stress-accepting behavior through flower therapy, which has a nervous system stabilization effect, and a memo board that can record the cause of anger.
