With the growing emphasis on environmental sustainability and the rise of conscious consumerism, waterless cosmetics have gained attention for their ability to protect the environment by minimizing water usage and reducing the need for preservatives in the manufacturing process. However, due to their solid form, they may not be suitable for all skin types, and some consumers may struggle with product selection due to a lack of awareness about waterless products. Therefore, I propose the concept of combining solid cosmetics with water, allowing users to create their desired texture.
