Under the capitalist society, the gap between the rich and the poor is widening. Only a small number of people control the vast majority of resources and money. The gap also leads to the differentiation of education, with many people unable to afford the high cost of college. At the same time, it is increasingly difficult to find a job, with many people facing the effects of unemployment due to the pandemic. Even worse, they can't afford to rent and live on the street，and the number of homeless is increasing in recent years. We designed an education app called Public U. People can download it both on mobile and tablet devices. This app can give everyone an equal chance to free access to these educational resources. For example, people who don’t have the opportunity to study and can’t afford tuition can use the resources provided in the app. At the same time, individuals and companies who want to enhance their popularity can also publish educational videos in Public U to achieve the purpose.
